I regret not taking a picture because I didn’t with it was aesthetically please because it didn’t come with rice and beans but these were some of THE BEST green chilaquiles iv had in this area! The green salsa was so fresh and full of flavor! I ordered mine with two eggs: $10+tax SUPER GOOD

Small shop with a good amount of indoor seating. All you will find here are delicious, authentic foods, drinks and treats, as well as friendly staff and a clean environment. The BEST quesabirria tacos I've ever had, hands down.

I was visiting from out of town and had a hankering for classic Mexican flavors. Found El Verdadero on google with great reviews, and so we gave it a shot. Boy, are we glad we did. I lived in the southwest for over 15 years, and I know a good taco from a bad one. These were great tacos. I opted for the tacos al pastor - always my favorite. She warned me of the spice level, and I said no fear here. Whew! My lips were tingling when I finished with a flavor fire bomb feeling. Loved it!! My husband got a chicken, steak, and al pastor taco. He loved the chop of the meats - they were finely diced. The toppings were abundant, and the tortillas were very clearly fresh and made in-house. They even had guacamole included! Deliciosa! The service was kind, friendly and fast and the restaurant seemed very clean. Overall, we were super pleased with our choice, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their Mexican fix while in Harrisburg.

Drove nearly 2hrs away because I had a craving for Authentic Mexican food but where we live we don’t have. The flavors were amazing, portions were more than enough. The prices are perfect. We will surely be coming back !

Delicious tacos. Mexican taqueria and restaurant in cleaan and simple space. They add guacamole to the taco orders and stuff them full. 4 tacos is like 4 somewhere else. True to their name, they are the real taste of Mexico.

my top most cherished taco establishments. I love their authentic flavors, albeit situated in a rather questionable locale. I strongly advise visiting exclusively during daylight hours. I sincerely wish I could frequent it more often; however, the location stop me front visiting as much.

Most of the entrees are in $10 range. This food tastes better than El Rodeo in Lower Paxton or Mechanicsburg. Husband and I will come here for lunch after we go to the gym. It's almost same prices as a Big Mac meal. Restaurant was clean & filled on Saturday at noon. The portions were huge. I could not finish the meal and son ate my leftovers for dinner. Son's burrito was huge. Sometimes you need to mix it up and eat different cuisines, instead of eating fast food or American food all the time.
